48 hours Return Policy
You have 48 hours from receiving your item to initiate a return. To start a return, please contact us at support@vividiscountboutique.com or +237 xxxx xxxx (between 10 am and 5 pm).
We will be able to exchange it or refund you in cash immediately.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
- Returns must be sealed in their original packaging.
- Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
