Return & Refund Policy

When can you return a product?
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or defective, you are eligible to return it.

How to request a return:

Return conditions:

• Items must be sealed and in their original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund or exchange:

• Once your request is approved, we will either:

  • Exchange the product, or

  • Provide a cash refund immediately.
