Vivi Discount Boutique (“we,” “our,” “us”) publishes and operates the website www.vividiscountboutique.com (the “Site”), through which it offers authentic cosmetic, beauty, skincare, makeup, and accessory products from various brands (the “Products”).

By using this Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to the following General Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”), which apply from the time they are published online. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms govern all orders and sales of Products via the Site between Vivi Discount Boutique and the customer (the “Customer”).

Customers must be consumers purchasing for personal use only, of legal age, and with full legal capacity (or authorized by a parent/guardian/curator).
Sales are limited to normal household quantities.
Delivery addresses must be located within Cameroon.
Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed before you confirm your order.

2. Products

Products are displayed by category with detailed descriptions and, where available, visual images.
Due to digital display and packaging updates, actual colors, sizes, or packaging may differ slightly.
In case of discrepancy, the written product description prevails over images.

3. Product Availability

Products remain available for purchase while shown on the Site, subject to stock.
If a Product becomes unavailable after your order, you will be notified by email and refunded for the unavailable item.

4. Customer Account

Customers may create a free account on the Site or purchase as a “guest.”
Account creation requires accurate and up-to-date information; false, unlawful, or offensive information is prohibited.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Customers must update their details as needed to keep them accurate.

5. Order Process

Select your desired Products, quantity, and/or color, then add them to the basket.
Review your basket anytime and adjust as needed.
At checkout, provide delivery and billing information, select shipping and payment methods, and review the order summary.
Confirm your order to proceed with payment.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.

Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional costs.
If some Products are unavailable, available items will still be shipped, and unavailable ones refunded.

6. Prices

Prices are listed in CFA, inclusive of all taxes.
Applicable prices are those shown at checkout.
Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation and vary by delivery method and order value.

7. Billing & Payment

An invoice will be issued when Products are handed to the carrier and sent to your email.
Payment methods: Cash, MTN Mobile Money, or Orange Money upon delivery.
Invoice details are based on Customer information provided; no changes possible once issued.

8. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays, during normal business hours.
Delivery is completed once the Products are available at the specified address.
If delivery fails due to absence, our customer service will reschedule. After multiple failed attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and restock the items.

9. Vouchers & Promotions

Discount vouchers or codes must be entered at checkout to apply.
Combination with other promotions is only valid when expressly stated.

10. Personal Data

Customer data is processed in accordance with Cameroonian data protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and all related contracts are governed by Cameroonian law.

14. Use of Products

All Products and promotional samples are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. Vivi Discount Boutique reserves the right to refuse or terminate supply if these Terms are violated.
